@TWGOGO if you just set it on your lap or on a table you can type easily on the on screen keyboard

Thanks for the info.

I wish I had a buck for everytime he said “app”

@TWGOGO: Why would anybody type like that? Hold it with both hands and use your thumbs. It’s much faster, easier and more comfortable. That’s how I type on my iPhone at 40 WPM.

After watching your demonstration, I actually find out one big problem of iPad.
Can you use its keyboard and TYPE comfortably on it ? No, you cannot !
Without extra accessory, you need to hold it with one hand while using the other hand to type. That will be a slow and awkward typing experience.
So it’s probably good for one hand task (browsing the web, reading a book, etc…)
only, doing anything thing beyond that will be a big challenge.

Thanks, Jason, that was a really solid, fluid overview.

i was skeptical at first but it does seem to be quite handy and a nice piece of equipment. not a must have but if i had the spare money i would definitly buy on of these instead of a new netbook. nice review. too bad bout flash player lol that sucks.

Apple finally made something I am actually impressed by. In fact, I would buy one if it weren’t for their totalitarian philosophy. So, I will just wait until another company has something just like it and I’ll buy that instead.
Samsung has a 20″ all-in-one flat panel touch PC for sale in stores here in Korea. I really like it, except that huge screen just makes it a bit too heavy to carry around. I’m sure it won’t be long before Samsung scales it down to something I can carry.
